O BTG, atrav\u00e9s de fundos, tem 68,8% das a\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia. Caso n\u00e3o haja interessados, a V.tal far\u00e1 uma proposta. Essa foi uma exig\u00eancia imposta pelos credores financeiros para fechar o acordo e injetar ainda US$ 135, 8 milh\u00f5es em uma linha de financiamento emergencial. A tele carioca tem divida bruta financeira de R$ 36,5 bilh\u00f5es referente ao balan\u00e7o do quarto trimestre de 2023.
