A gradativa migra\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de telefonia resultou no desligamento de 33 linhas telef\u00f4nicas, antes necess\u00e1rias no ambiente anal\u00f3gico. HIST\u00d3RICO \u2013 O HE possu\u00eda dois troncos de telefonia (com 30 e 10 canais, respectivamente), um canal anal\u00f3gico de voz e mais 31 linhas telef\u00f4nicas, que foram aos poucos sendo desligados. Junto \u00e0 migra\u00e7\u00e3o para o sistema VoIP, ocorreu tamb\u00e9m a mudan\u00e7a de operadora, para um contrato economicamente mais vantajoso. Hoje o HE opera apenas com um tronco de telefonia, suficiente para atender todos os pr\u00e9dios que comp\u00f5e o HE.
